Rule : Laabha-adhipe vyaya sthana gathe, daridra yogam sambhavam = If the lord of 11th house (Laabham; gains and prosperity) is posited in the 12th house (Vyayam; loss and expenditure), the person suffers poverty.

In this natal chart, Venus is the lord of Taurus, the 11th house (laabham; gains and prosperity). He is posited in the 12th house, Gemini (Vyayam; loss and expenditure). This causes poverty to the native. (1) Sun, the lord of Leo, the 2nd house (Dhana; riches) in the 11th house (gains) in Taurus. (2) Jupiter, the lord of Pisces, the 9th house (Bhagyam; luck, fortune and wealth) in his own house in Pisces in 9th house. (3) Mars is the lord of Scorpio, the 5th house (Sri Lakshmi sthanam; prosperity) and he has the beneficial aspect (5th drushti) of Jupiter along with birth lagna. Waxing Moon is the lord of birth lagna (Cancer) is in 2nd house (Leo), the Dhana sthanam (riches and wealth). All these very beneficial factors removed the Daridra (poverty) yoga in his horoscope.
