If  the lords of 4^th and 11^th houses are together in the 11^th house, he has good relatives, a lot of lands and fields & properties, good vehicle (luxury-car) and his mother is hale and healthy and he gets her love and service all his life. Example :

In the above chart, the lord of 4^th house (Scorpio) is Mars; the lord of 11^th house (Gemini) is Mercury. Both are conjunct in 11^th house.
