Venus lord of 7^th house and Vivaha-kaarka is in birth lagnam and is combusted (dagdha yoga); Venus is conjunct with Satrun (malefic); the lord of 7^th house from Indu-lagna is Jupiter and is in 8^th house from Moon. Saturn also was combusted. So he had no vivaha- yoga. He was never married and stayed as a Sanyasi (Ascetic). (5) If the Sun and Saturn are adversely posited in the lagna or the 7^th house or vice versa, the marriage will be delayed for many years; marriage may be denied if both planets Sun and Saturn are at in mutually 7^th house . Same type of delay occurs if Saturn and Moon are conjunct or stay in mutually 7^th houses. Then the chance for absolute denial of marriage is less. (6) Sun and Moon are enemies of Venus. If Venus occupies any of the sign of Cancer or Leo and that is flanked on both sides by the Sun and the Moon, the marriage will have many obstructios. If Venus is in Gemini, Leo, Virgo, Libra and Aquarius except Libra and closely conjunct with malefic (within 5* on either side), there will be severe problems in the settlement of marriage. (7) The position of the lord of the lagna in the 7^th house can either deny marriage or can create aversion to marriage in the person and may cause unhappiness to the family members and displeasure in the marriage and family life. But due to changed times, mixing of various culture, moral values and changes in human outlook and attitudes, marriages also have changed. Today (July—25—2008) I explain why marriages are broken, or separated or divorced etc. There are no universal remedies. Maladies pertaining to marriages may be classified into the following catagories :

1) Delay or denial of marriage 2) Absence of conjugal bliss.

3) Loss of life partner 4) Seperation or divorce.

We have to consider the following aspects in the birth chart of the person and find the causes. (1) If the Sun and Moon stay in the sign and constellation of Saturn the marriage is delayed. (2) If Saturn conjuncts with Venus or Rahu or Mercury in 7^th house marriage gets delayed appreciably. (3) If both Sun and Moon stay in the navamsa of Saturn, and Venus has also the influence of Saturn in Navamsa, there will be many obstructions to have marriage. (4) If the lagna and the 7^th house or their lords or Venus are positioned between Saturn and Sun, marriage will be delayed.

1) In this birth chart, the Janma-lagna is conjunct with Ketu (headless) and so afflicted. 2) Pisacha-grastha-yoga is formed when Ketu is in lagna and is aspected (4^th drushti) by Mars. 3) The Kendras 4^th house (Dhanasu) has no planets and is aspected (7^th drushti of Mars, malefic); the , 7^th house Pisces. has Rahu (malefic) and 10^th house Gemini has (Mars; malefic). There is no benefic (Jupiter, Venus, Mercury pr full-moon) in at least one Kendra (quadrant), This indicates that the person dabbles with black magic/ witchcraft and is possessed by Pisacha (evil spirit; ghost). 4) The presence of malefics in kendras (4,7;10^th houses; quadrants) without any benefic and Ketu or Rahu in birth-lagna causes Sarpa dosha (the person is tied down like in the coils of a snake). 5) Mars and Ketu also indicate fire-hazards. Moon is in a malefic house (6^th; sathru-sthana, indicating that the person due to a severe disease 6) The 8^th house ( Aries, Randhra-sthana) is a malefic house. The Sun is in 8^th house is haani-kaaraka-esa (harmful) causes disease related to head. 7) The birth-lagna is Virgo and its lord is Mercury; he is in a malefic house 12^th house (Vyayam) and is conjunct with Venus and Saturn. This is very harmful to the person. 8) Saturn, aathma-kaaraka is in 8^th house (roga-sthana; disease causing) (Scorpio) in Nava-amsa chart. Whenever the aatma-kaarka occupies any malefic house like 6^th, 8^th or 12^th house in Nava amsa chart, there is a danger of long-lasting and acute illness. 9) The house occupied by lord of the birth lagna Paka-lagna and Jupiter is the signficator. Both Saturn and Rahu are inimical to Jupiter. The conjunction of Saturn and Rahu with birth-lagna lord Mercury causes destruction of intelligence or obstruction in the brain, resulting in madness. 10) If the astrologer finds the possibility of black magic / witchcraft in the birth chart, he should examine the Baadhaka-easa (lord of harm and obstruction). In this Rasi chart, Jupiter is Baadhaka-easa; he is retrograde and is debilitated in Capricorn and occupies the 5^th house (manthra; intelligence) and is highly harmful to the native. The combination of both the malefic effects of Jupiter, namely, retrograde and debilitated proves the harmful effect of Jupiter is infalliable.

During the main period of Jupiter and sub-period of Venus, this person dabbled in black magic / witchcraft. During the main period of Jupiter and sub-period of Sun, there was a terrible and devastating fire accident in his colony; several house including his own house were gutted and all his belongings were reduced to ashes.
