On Dec—10—2008, Margasira, Suddha Ekadasi Jupiter (Guru) enters Makara rasi (Capricorn). Makaram is neecha-sthana (house of debilitation for Jupiter. Now I shall give the general effects felt by people born in different Indu-lagnas (Rasis) / solar months. If birth date falls in a particular solar month (ex: Aries month from Apr-14 to May-14 of any year), the results of that months are to be considered.
In case of lunar method of calendar , the birth-star is to be considered.

Mesha month = Apr-14 to May-14
Mesha rasi = Aswani, Bharani and Krithika-1 paada
During this period of Guru in Dhanur Raasi (his own house), Guru would have given you a good results in social standing, financial prosoerity and family relationships.
