Subha-sthana gathe vyaya-adheese, bala-anvithe, subha-anvithe vaa subh-drushti yukthe, Naro raja-samana vaibhogaha; para-dese sthra-nivasam, satha-sahasrancha dhana-arjanam If the lord of 12th house (Vyayam) is strong and well disposed without any malefic associations or aspects (drushtis) and is in a beneficial house or is seen (aspected) by a benefic, the person enjoys royal comforts.
