In this chart, the lords of 4 Kendras and lords of both Konas are conjunct in Leo. The person has akhanda-raja-yogam (raja-yogam with maximum benefits). The lord of 8th house Mars in not conjunct; Mars is in birth-lagnam. Also both lord of 9th and 10th are conjunct, any one of them is debilitated or both these lords are conjunct with any debilitated (neecha) planet or is with lord of 8th , the person gets raja-yogam in the start and yogam is spoiled in the later part of the yoga-dasa. Or the person has debts which exceed his properties and so he experiences hardships.
