BHAGAVAN ADI SANKARA ACHARYA OF KALADI; Part-2

BHAGAVAN ADI SANKARA ACHARYA OF KALADI

Sri Sankara Jayanthi comes every year on Vaisajha Suddha Panchami day; this year it comes on May—19—2010. On this occasion I publish his horoscope analysis in 6 parts.

1) Sun : Now I explain the effect of (benefic) Sun (Ravi) in 10th house (Rajya; profession) = Lagna dasame Bhanu-phalam. The 10th house is a very beneficial house (kendra; Sri Narayana sthana). It denotes thighs, honour, dignity, public esteem, name and fame, power prestige, credit (for good work and conduct), success and status, rank and renown, respect and reputation, ambition and authority, worldly activities, responsibilities, permanency (in profession / service), promotion, advancement, appointment, profession, last rites to one's parents, religious functions. Government, high position such as President, Governor, Prime Minister or Minister, pilgrimage to holy places, honours from Government / Kings.
Effects : Views of renowned astrologers : 1) Saint-Astrologer Maharshi Parasara (Great grand-father of Pandavas and Kauravas of Mahabharatha epic; father of Maharshi Veda Vyasa) wrote : (sloka = Sanskrit verse) :- SATH-BUDHI , VAAHANA, DHANA-AGAMANANI, ROOPAM, BHOOPA, PRASADA, SOKYA SAMANVITHAANI, SAADOO-UPAKAARA KARANAM, MANI, BHOOSHANAANI, DASAME DINAMANI KURUTHENA RAANAAM = IF SUN (RAVI) IS IN 10TH HOUSE, THE PERSON HAS NOBLE NATURE, GOOD BEHAVIOUR, VERY BEAUTIFUL APPEARANCE,ALL COMFORTS (LIKE CARS MOTOR-BOATS), RICHES, SEVERAL HECTORS OF LANDS, HUGE MANSIONS & ALL ROYAL LUXURIES, PROSPERITY; GOOD SONS & GOLD JEWELRY WITH DIAMONDS . HE / SHE IS RESPETED BY THE KING & HAS HELPING NATURE.

2) Bhrigu Sutras- by saint-astrologer Maharishi Bhrigu (3500 BC):-- Sutras (88) :- Asta-dasa varseh Vidya-adhikaarena prasidho bhavathi; dhana-aarjana samarthascha; Suthra (89) :- Drushtaa-thriyaha, raja-priyaha; sath-karma-rathaha; raja-sooraha; khyaathimaan. Suthra (90) :- Ravi svo-cha, sva-kshethre, bala-paraha; Suthra (91) :- Keerthi-prasiddhihi; Suthra (92) :- thataaka, kshethra; gopura-adi go’ , Brahmana, prathishtaa siddhaha; Suthra (93) :- Ravi papa-kshethre, papa-graha yuthe, papa drushti-vasath, karma-vighna-karaha; Suthra (94) :- dushta kruthihi; Suthra (95) :- ana-acharaha; dushta-karmakru, paapee; = If the Sun is in the tenth house, the native will make distinctive achievements in the educational sphere by his 8th year, and will become famous and quite capable of learning well. He will do pious deeds, will be very brave and valorous and earn very good reputation. If the Sun is exalted (that is, he is in Aries) or is in his own sign Leo, the native will become powerful authority and famous on account of his good qualities and great achievements. He will construct reservoirs and temples / Mutts and places for housing cows and Brahmins, or sanyasis (spiritual heads).
Explanation :- The Sun is considered powerful in the 10th as he gets full directional strength in this house. When the Sun is exalted in the 10th, the ascendant will be Cancer and the Sun as exalted, as the lord of Leo, the 2nd house (house of wealth) will be in 10th. This will give rise to an excellent Dhanayoga which will make the native very wealthy and prosperous and a man of high status. He has a powerful Rajayoga and no achievement will be too high for him. The tenth house is also house of Karma. It is therefore but natural that benefic influences on the Sun and the tenth house and its dignity will make the native do pious deeds.
3) Brihath Jataka by Varhamihira (325 AC) :-- The person concerned will be happy and powerful and wield authority in his profession.
4) Phala-deepika by Manthreswara :-- The native will be wise, wealthy, powerful and of good reputation.
5) Saravali by Maha-Raja Kalyana Varma (10th century A.C; king of Vyaghrapaada kingdom) :-- The native will be blessed power and authority and will be wise and wealthy. He will enjoy the comfort of conveyances. He will achieve success in his profession, will remain unconquered and will be noble and will attain high status.
6) Chamatkara Chintamani by Narayana Bhatt (5th century AC) :-- The native win achieve success in his work like a king. He will cause pain to his mother (as Sun as a malefic aspects the fourth house which is significator for mother) and will get separated from her and his relations. He will always be mentally worried.
7) Jataka Kalanidhi : SUPRASIDHA, DRAVYA-AARJANA-SAMARDHAHA, DHRUDHA-GAATHRA, SAAHA SIKAA, GATHRASYA-VIDYAA-LOLAHAA, NAGARA-KARTHAA, SUPUTHTAVAAN = When the Sun is in 10th house, the person is very famous, has strong and healthy body, courageous.

My views :- The good effects given by Brihat Jataka, Phaldeepika and Chamatkar Chintamani are of the Sun in the tenth house when he is dignified and has benefic influences. Very clear distinction has been made of the effects of such influences in the conclusions given in Bhrigu Sutras.

Adi Sankaracharya achieved the radiant glory as Super-preceptor Guru-deva and conquered the great religious heads of different faiths and Buddhist avharyas and converted them as his followers and disciples. He was renowned as the world’s top-most Preacher / Guru of Hinduism. He completed Vedic learning by his 8th year. Exalted Sun in 10th house conjunct with highly beneficial Mercury and Venus blessed him with this super-human achievement.
