Rule : If the lord of the 9^th house (dharma; bhagya; luck and fortune) and the 10^th house (karma; rajya; profession, power) exchange houses, they give rise to a Raja Yoga and such an individual is blessed with reputation, fame and power. Example : This is the natal chart of the Queen Victoria, Empress of the huge British empire (famed as where the Sun never sets) during (1837—1901).

Saturn is the lord of 9^th house (Capricorn). He is yoga-karaka for Birth lagna (here Rasi lagna also). He is in 11^th house (Laabham; gains), Pisces (lord Jupiter). Jupiter is in Capricorn (lord is Saturn) and Saturn is in Pisces (lord is Jupiter). Jupiter is debilitated in Capricorn (9^th house; Bhagya) but he gains sthana bala (residential strength) in the 9^th house. Actually he is 10^th house in Bhava chart in the constellation of Mars (lord of 7^th house). This resulted in Queen Victoria enjoying Imperialism (absolute power). She became the symbolic foundation of a huge British empire (famed as where the Sun never sets) during (1837—1901).
