Rule :- Kendra, konage Laabha-nathe, Subha-samanvithe, subha-grahena samdrushte, jathasthu bahu dhana-vaan = If the lord of 11^th house (gains) is in a Kendra ( cardinal point; 1,4,7,10; Sri Narayana sthana) or a Kona (trines; 1,5,9; Sri Lakshmi shtana) and is conjunct with and or aspected by a benefic, the person shall be very rich (a millionaire).
