In this natal chart, Mars lord of Aries (Dhana; riches) and lord of Scorpio (Bhagya; luck and fortune) is exalted in Capricorn, in the 11th house (laabham; gains). Due to presence of Saturn in 3rd house (brothers and sisters) and malefic Mars in 11th house he has no brothers or sisters. He is the only child to his parents. So he inherited the entire paternal property ( a small house of 4 rooms with old cement sheets roof, in 200 yards site).
