If the lord of lagnam (1^st house) is one of the two planets Budha (Mercury), or Chandra (Moon), and stays with either Raahu or Kethu in the same house, and have the aspect (dhrusti) of Sani (Saturn) on them, the person suffers the severe disease white-leprosy.
