Namaste ! By the grace of Bhagavan Sri Venkateswara, I completed one year today starting publishing one article a day, continuously, in my blog jyothishi.com on various topics of Vedic astrology. Till now, I published 366 articles in my blog. On June-01-2009 (Monday) I step into the second year. I pray Bhagavan to bless me with health, strength and capacity to continue this daily publication of articles related to Vedic Astrology for this coming year also without any hindrance. I trust the information given in this blog is very useful and instructive to budding astrologers as well as to persons with keen interest in vedic astrology. My aim is to share my knowledge with all the persons in the world. Great Poet Sri Bharthruhari (of 350 BC) rightly said (Sanskrit sloka) : PRATHIPAADYA MAANA MANISHAM, PRAPNOTHI VRUDHIM PARAAM (knowledge goes on multipling hundred-fold by giving it to other people). Also I illustrate important rules of astrology, giving suiable examples. Thousands of persons from all over the world sent me e-mails praising my blog-articles; I am highly thankful to them. DHANA YOGAS (WEALTH) in VEDIC ASTROLOGY

Part :-- 133 (May—30—2009)

SVAYAM-KRUSHI-DHANA-ARJANA YOGA (1). Rule : If the lord of lagna is very strong, and if he occupies a Kendra conjuct with Jupiter and the lord of 2^nd (Dhana; wealth) house must join vaiseshika-amsa, a strong Dhana yoga (wealth) is formed. Effect :-- The person shall earn millions by his own efforts. Example -1: In this natal chart, the lord of birth-lagna (Pisces) is Jupiter. He is strong and is in Kendra (4^th house, Sri Narayana sthana). The lord of 2^nd house (Aries) is Mars. He is exalted in Laabham (11^th house; gains and profits). In addition the birth-lagna has exalted Venus in it. So he has strong Svayam-krushi Dhana arjana yoga. All his wealth was earned by his own efforts only. He saved his 30 years of earnings carefully and utilized it for his children’s studies in U.S.A.

“Bill Gates was born at a very auspicious time. It is the thirteenth waxing Moon time (sukla paksha thrayodasi)and the Moon herself is on the star, Uttarabhadrapada. His incarnation is a direct act of Lord Siva who is the God in charge of removing karma. It is believed by Hindus on this 13th Moon day (Pradosham Day) during sunset time Siva removes the sufferings of the people. Like Bhagavan Siva, Bill Gates will alleviate the suffering of people; he donated billions of dollars (80% of his entire earnings) for charitable purposes, especially to finance health-care activites to children in India, Arica and other very backward, poor and thickly populated countires. His birth star Uttarabhadra is ruled by Saturn and Hanuman. Saturn himself is exalted in Libra exactly with a debilitated Sun and powerful Venus. The placement of these three planets in his fifth house from the Ascendant clearly proves that Bill Gates is connected with the Divine, particularly Lord Siva. In order to have a fortunate life one should have a good ascendant zodiac sign and its Lord; this ascendant lord is powerfully placed in Virgo. Bill Gates has Gemini as the Ascendant and Mercury, the Lord of Gemini, is exalted in Virgo. Further, Ketu in the 12^th house means that this will be Bill Gate’s last Janma (incarnation) in this world and he shall be blessed with salvation (Moksha) after his death”. 1) Mercury is the lord of Gemini, the birth lagna and he is exalted in Virgo in 4^th house (Kendra; Sri Narayana sthana). Mithune chaturthe Soumya stithe,utcha-sthithe, paripoorna su-yogadaha = Mercury’s period gives him the best benefits. Bill gates started his business venture MICROSOFT in the main period of Mercury and sub-period of Venus. The lord of 2^nd house (Cancer;Dhana; wealth) is Moon. He is in 10^th house (Kendra; Sri Narayana sthana) in a highly beneficial position. This is astrong Dhana yoga (bestower of huge wealth). He is a multi-billionaire. 2) Venus is lord of 5^th house (Libra; Sri Maha Lakshmi sthana) and is in his own house in moola-trikona position. Mithune panchame Sukra sthithau raja-yoga-pradau, ashesha-dhana-laabha-dayakau, bahu-sthri-santhathi-pradaha = The period of Venus (1982—2002) bestows him riches worth billions. He enjoys the status of an Emperor of the entire world. 3) Saturn is lord of 9^th house, Aquarius, (fortune and prosperity; Bhagya) and is exalted in Libra (Sri Laksmi Sthana); this bestows him financial gains of billions of dollars. Mithune panchame yada Mande, paripoorna-su-yogadu. Saturn bestows him huge financial gains.

4) Mars and Moon are in mutually 7^th houses; this is a strong Chandra-Mangala yoga. Chandra-Jeeva samayoge, Chandra-Mangala yogamuchyathe; tha-ubhau paripoorna-yoga-kaaraku; thath dvaya paaka kaaleshu paripoorna sukhapradau a raja-yoga and is highly beneficial to bestow financial gains. 5) Moon is full (13/16) and is strong; she is the lord of 2^nd house (Dhana-sthana; Cancer); she is in Rajya (10^th house; power and authority). Kanya dasamage poorna-chandra---, thath-paake bahu-vithaapthi, paripoorna-adhikara-daha = This is a powerful dhana-yoga; this gives ownership of a big business Corporation, namely, Microsoft Corporation and huge financial gains to the person.

6) Mars in 4^th house caused hurdles in his studies; he left student-career in the middle to develop Microsoft programs and computer-technology. His dedicated effort started during Mercury period yielded him grand success, name, fame & billions of dollars of financial gains during Venus’ period. DHANA YOGAS (WEALTH) in VEDIC ASTROLOGY

Part :-- 132 (May—29—2009)

BAHU-DHANA-ARJANA YOGA. Rule : If the lord of birth lagna is in 2^nd house (Dhana; wealth sthana) and if the lord of 2^nd (Dhana) house is in 11^th house (laabha; gains and profit) and if the lord of 11^th (profits) is in birth lagna a powefu dhana yoga is formed. Effect :-- The person earns millions of money and riches and amasses huge wealth. My Explanation : In this configuration of planets, there is a relationship between three beneficial houses, birth-lagna (1^st), Dhana (2^nd; wealth) and Laabha (11^th;profit; gains) houses. The lords of these three houses have Parivarthana yoga (exchange their houses). In this case also the real strength (value) of this yoga depends on the strengths of these three lords and how they are positioned in regard to the general scheme of the horoscope charts. Example :1 In this chart the lord of birth lagna (cancer) is Moon and is in 2^nd house. The lord of 2^nd house (Leo) is Sun and is in Laabha (11^th house) conjunct with Mercury forming strong Budha-Aditya yoga. The lord of 11^th house (Taurus) is Venus and is in birth lagna. In addition Jupiter is in Bhagya (fortune), 9^th house (Pisces; his own house) and apects (5^th drushti) lagna and Venus; highly beneficial. This person was a multi-miilionaire.

Example :2 This is the natal chart of Sri Rajeev Gandhi, Prime Minister of India during 1985--1991 period. He was the grandson of Sri Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minster of India (till 1964). He was the eldest son of Smt. Indira Gandhi, the world-renowned lady-politician and very powerful administrator and Prime Minister of India till her death (Oct--1984). He came to power on inheritance.

The lord of lagna (Sun), 2^nd house and 11^th house (Mercury) are conjunct in birth-lagna (Leo). He eanred and amassed billions of wealth. He had five powerful dhana yogas and over 18 Raja-yogas like Simhasana yoga, Gaja-kesari yoga, Budha-aditya yoga, Maha Bhagya yoga, Srika yoga, Charusagara yoga, Saraswathi yoga, Thenu yoga, Budha yoga etc.

Part :-- 131 (May—28—2009) Dhana yoga due to Venus, Saturn and Mercury

Rule :-- If Venus is in birth-lagna, in his own house (Taurus or Libra) and is conjunct with or aspected by Saturn and Mercury, a powerful Dhana yoga is formed. In this chart, the birth lagna is Taurus and its lord is in lagna conjunct with Mercury. Saturn is in Pisces and aspects (3^rd drushti) lagna and the planets therein. Jupiter is in Kendra.

DHANA YOGAS (WEALTH) in VEDIC ASTROLOGY

Part :-- 130 (May—27—2009)

Dhana yoga due to Mars, Moon, Venus and Saturn.

Rule :-- If Mars is in birth lagna in is own house Aries or, Scorpio and is conjunct with or aspected by Moon, Venus and Saturn, a powerful Dhana yoga is formed. Mars in own house in birth lagna causes powerful Ruchaka yoga. Mars and Moon conjunction or aspect (7^th drushti) causes powerful Chandra-Mangala yoga (in addition). Example :1 This is the horoscope of a rich business magnet; a billionaire. Mars is in his own house Aries. Moon-Mars conjunction forms Chandra-Mangala yoga. Mars, Moon, Venus and Mercury are conjunct in birth-lagna. Jupiter aspects (5^th drushti) lagna and planets therein. Saturn aspects (3^rd drushti) birth-lagna and the planets therein. Jupiter is in Bhagya; fortune, 9^th house (own house, Pisces in moola-trikona and bestows riches to the person. In these examples I have not mentioned the other planets and an intelligent astrologer can easily fix the positions of other planets (Rahu and Ketu) in their proper houses and can predict the Raja-yogas.

Jupiter is in 5^th house (own house, Pisces) and aspects birth-lagna and the planets in it is highly beneficial. He is a millionaire.

Rule :-- If Moon in his own house, Cancer and is conjunct with or aspected both by Mars and Jupiter, a powerful dhana yoga is formed. Example -1 :-- This is the natal chart of Bhagavan Sri Ramachandra.
