Rule : Dhana adhipe laabha rasisthe, laabha-adhipe dhana rasi gathe, ubhau Kendra konage visesha dhana samnvithaha = A person shall be very rich / wealthy (millionaire) if (1) the lord of 2^nd house (dhana; wealth, riches) is in 11^th house (laabham; gains) and (2) the ;lord of 11^th house is in 2^nd house and or in a Kendra or kona.
