Rule : Dhana adhipe simhasana-amsage, visesh dhana samanvithaha = A person is a millionaire if the lord of 2nd house (Dhana; wealth) stays in 10th house. The effect is enhanced if the lord of 2nd house is a benefic and is conjunct with or aspected (seen) by a bnefic.
