If planets like  Ravi (Sun), Chandra (Moon), Kuja (Mars), Budha (Mercury), Guru (Jupiter) or / and Sukra (Venus) – one or more of these planets – stay in 1^st house (lagnam), or any of these planets has aspect (drusti) on lagnam, the person is fair, and handsome (beautiful);  If planets like Sani (Saturn) or Rahu stay in 1^st house,  or any of them has aspect (drushti) on 1^st  house, the person is of dark complexion; if there are one or more good planets and one or more evil planets together in the 1^st house, the person is handsome (beautiful) even though his / her complexion is dark.  If Guru (Jupiter) and or Sukra (Venus) stay in 1^st house, or they have aspect (dhrusti) on 1^st house, the person has sleshma-thathvam (flum in lungs) body-nature.  If Sani (Saturn) and or Chandra (Moon) and or Sukra (Venus) stay in 1^st house or has aspect (drusthi) over the lagnam (1^st house), the person has vaatha (prone to paralysis) nature of body.  If the 1^st house has other planets in it or have their (dhrusti) aspect over lagnam-house the person will have paithya (gastric disease and indigestion) nature of  the body.
