1^st , 4^th, 7^th & 10^th houses are kendrams; 1^st, 5^th , & 9^th houses are konams.  If the lord of lagnam 1^st house is in Kendrams or Konams, and or in exalted house, or in friend’s house, the person earns name

and fame.  If  Guru (Jupter) is in Mesham (Aries) or   (Cancer), Vruschikam (Scorpio) or Makaram (Capricorn) or in lagnam (1^st house) or in 7^th house, he sets up gardens, temples, or water-tanks

and such charitable deeds and is respected by people.

This yoga arises due to Kendras have exalted planets in them and konas have beneficial planets. Jupiter in exaltation and Moon in own house are in Lagna (both Kendra and Kona). Saturn is exalted in 4^th house (Kendra); Mars is exalted in 7^th house and has the beneficial 7^th drushti (aspect) of Moon and Jupiter;  exalted Sun is in kendram (10^th hose). Beneficial Venus is in konam but in debilitation. 11^th house (Laabham) has beneficial Mercury in it.
