Starting from Lagnam or Aarudha lagnam 2 or 3 benefics stay conjunct in 1st (lagnam), 2nd (dhana), 4th (Gruha), 5th (Puthra), 9th (bhagya), 10th (Rajya) or in 11th (labha) house, the person enjoys raja-yogam. If such benefics conjunct in beneficial houses (mentioned here) both from lagnam and aarudha lagnam, then the raja-yogam is all the more stronger and beneficial.

In Sankar’s chart Scorpio is lagnam and also aaru-dham, two benefics Jupiter & Mercury are in 10th (Rajyam) and two benefics Venus and Moon are in 11th (labha).
So both persons enjoys raja-yogams.
Rule :-- Aarudha lagnascha, thatha sva-lagnath Kendra, kona-sthithe khecharasya, dasa-apnuyath, uttama-yogam idam vadanthi Garga adi maha-muneendhraha ! = Great saint-astrologers, like Garga Maharshi said that if a benefic stays in lagnam or in kendram or in konam; or stays in aarudha lagnam, or in kendram or in konam, the main period and sub-periods of that benefic give the best beneficial results (first grade, above 75%).. In Gopal’s case, the periods of Venus and Moon give the best benefits to Gopal.
