Gautama Buddha was one of the greatest saints produced in India to spread human values and reform the practices like casteism, other superstitious practices in Hinduism prevalent in his period. He preached Dharma (right behaviour) as a reformed Hinduism. Later it got shaped into a separate religion “Buddhism”. He is adored by millions of people all over the Asian Nations as supreme God. Hindus worship him as one of the ten Avatharas (incarnations) of Bhagavan Sri Narayana.
Horoscope analysis – Gautama Buddha
Part – 7 Nov—3—2010 Sreenatha Yoga : If the lord of the 7th occupies the 10th and the lord of the I0th is with the 9th lord, Sreenatha Yoga is caused. The native will have on his body the insignia of Vishnu, viz., the conch, the wheel, etc., be an agreeable speaker, godly, have a good wife and children and be loved by all. The lord of 7th house (Makara) from lagna is Sani (Saturn). He is in 10th house from lagna (Kendra). The lord of 9th house (Pisces) from lagna is Guru (Jupiter). The lord of 10th house (Mesha) from lagna is Kuja (Mars). Sani, Guru and Kuja are conjunct in 10th house (Kendra; Sri Narayana sthana) from lagna, So Siddhartha had this unique Sreenata yoga and had the insignia of Bhagavan Vishnu on his body by birth. Based on this and birth chart the court-astrologers predicted that the baby-boy may a great and pious Emperor who shall rule the entire world. Gautma had good and noble wife (Smt. Yasodara) and a son (Rahul). Buddha was godly and divine.
19) Sankha Yoga : The lords of the 5th and 6th should be in mutual Kendras and the lord of Lagna must be powerful. Results.—Fond of pleasures, humanitarian, blessed with wife, children and lands, righteously inclined, doing good deeds, learned in sciences, and living upto a good old age. The lord of 5th house (Vruschika) from lagna is Kuja (Mars). The lord of 6th house (Dhanasu) from lagna is Guru (Jupiter). They are conjunct in a kendra (10th house) from lagna. The lord of lagna (Karkataka) is Moon, full and strong and is best disposed in Kendra (4th house) from lagna. So Siddhartha had above qualities during his youth as crow-prince. He lived for more than 81 years.
20) Bheri Yoga: If Venus, and the lord of Lagna and Jupiter are in mutual Kendras and the lord of the 9th is powerfully disposed, Bheri Yoga is caused. The person shall be long-lived, free from diseases, ruler, various sources of income, happiness from wife and children, exalted soul, generous instincts and religiously inclined. Siddhartha had Venus and lagna-lord full-moon, and Jupiter (also the lord of 9th house) are in mutual kendras to Lagna and to Indu-lagna and also aarudha lagna. All these 3 planets are well-disposed and strong. So Siddhartha enjoyed all the benefits of Bheri yoga all his life. (to be continued tomorrow).
