NIHANTHAARAHA PHALAANVEVAM JNAATHAVYAANI THULAA BHUVAHA
Ravi (Sun), Kuja (Mars), and Guru (Jupiter) are malefic planets for persons born in Thulaa-lagnam (House of Libra=ASD). Jupiter (Guru) is the lord of 3rd house and 6th house; Ravi is the lord of 11th house; Mars (Kuja) is the lord of 2nd and 7th houses; so they give harmful results. Sani (Saturn) and Mercury (Budha) are beneficial planets (subha-grahams). If Budha (Mercury) and Chandra (Moon) have mutual relation or association, they give very beneficial results. Kuja (Mars) is the lord of 2nd and 7th houses (two maaraka houses), and yet Kuja can not cause death. The other planets like Guru (Jupiter) which have death-causing (maaraka) qualities are powerful to cause death. Illustration :-

In this chart, Jupiter is lord of 3rd and 6th houses; but he is in 5th house (Sri Lakshmi sthana) and is conjunct with full moon (punnami) forming Gaja-kesari yoga; so he is beneficial. His birth-time main period is Jupiter. Mars is lord of 2nd and 7th houses and is in his own house in Scorpio. Mars period is malefic and comes after his age of 95 years. Sun is the lord of Leo (11th house) and is in his own house; the period of Sun is beneficial. Sun may not harm him; his period comes after age of 79 years. Mercury is lord of Gemini, the 9th house (Bhagya; luck and fortune) and is in 11th house (laabha; gains). Sani is lord of 4th and 5th houses and is beneficial and is in 6th house is average beneficial. Moon is full (punnami) and waxing and strong.
