Guru (Jupiter), Chandra (Moon), and Kuja (Mars) are malefic planets for a person born in Kumbha-lagnam (birth house of Aquarius). Jupiter (Guru) is the lord of 2nd and 11th houses; Chandra (Moon) is the lord of 7th house; Kuja (Mars) is the lord of 3rd house; so they give malefic results to the person. Sukra (Venus) is lord of 9th house (Libra) and alone is beneficial. If Mars and Venus are related, both are beneficial planets. Jupiter (benefic) cannot cause death; Mars and other planets can harm.

In this chart, Mars (exalted) and Venus are conjunct but in 12th house (Vyayaloss and expenses); so their periods are average beneficial.
