DAARAESAE VYAYA, SATHRU, PAAPA KALITHEA, PAAPA-GRAHA-ANVITHEA, KROORA-ADYANTHARAGEA, NEECHA-BHAVANEA, SURA-ASTHAGEA VAA YADI,  PUNYASTHEAPICHA PAAPA-VEEKSHITHA, YUTHEA, LAGNAADHIPAE DVADASAE, KARMASTHAE BALAVATHYADO THAMASI, CHELLABHEASI DAADA DVAYAM.

If  the lord of 7^th house is in malefic houses like 6^th, 8^th, and 12^th together with malefic planets, has the aspect of malefic planets on it, is setting down (asthangatha), or in debilitation, the person has two wives.  If Sukra is in 9^th house with malefic planets or has the aspect of malefic planets on him, or the lord of 1^st house is in 12^th house, he gets married twice; if Rahu is strong and is in 11^th or 12^th house, he gets married twice.                     Example :

(7) Sun Mercury Venus Sani Gemini   (10) Rahu Bhava Jupiter Mars  (5) Ketu Moon   (3) Libra Lagnam

Here Sukra (Venus) is in 9^th house conjunct with malefic Saturn. He gets married twice.                                                                   Example :

Pisces Rahu Sani   Mars Jupiter Bhava Sun Mercury  (2) Venus Lagnam Ketu Virgo

Here the lord of 7^th house (Gemini) is Mercury and is in 8^th house and is aspected (3^rd drushti) by malefic Sani.
