If the lord of  2^nd house or 7^th house has association or relation with malefic planet(s) or these two lords (of 2^nd and 7^th houses) and the planets associated with them are weak, the person has 2^nd wife.   Example : 

Ketu Mars Mercury Taurus Venus Sani Sun   (7) Jupiter Leo Lagna   (5) Moon    (3) Rahu

Here Sukra (Venus) is in Gemini and is conjunct with lord of 2^nd house (Mercury) and lord of 7^th house (Sani). He has 2 wives; also he is debaucher.
