LAGNA-ESAE YADI KENDRAGE GURU-YUTHEA, SUKRAENA VA VEEKSHITHEA, DEERGHA-AAYU PRAVADANTHI SARVAM NAVYO JAATHASYA SAUKHYAM, DHANAM, RANDHREGAENA SUBHA GRAHAE KENDRA, THRIKONA-ALAYEA, POORNA-AAYUR GALITHAM;  PURAANAM AVIBHIR JAATHEASYA VIDYA, SUKHAA.      If the lord of 1^st house is in Kendram and is together with Guru and or Sukra, or has the aspect of Guru (Jupiter) or Sukra (Venus) on it, he has long longevity; if the lord of 8^th house is together with good planets and is in good house or in Kendram or Konam, the person will have long-life-span; besides he will have all comforts.                                                                                     Example :

This person has full longevity of about 75 years: (1) The lord of lagnam (Pises) is Jupiter; he is kendram (4^th house). (2) Lagnam has exalted Sukra (Venus) in it. (3) The aayu sthanam (3^rd house) has Saturn in it; it is an upachaya sthanam.  (3) The lord of aayu sthanam, 8^th house (Libra), is Sukra (Venus). He is in Lagnam (both kendram and Konam, Sri Lakshmi Narayana sthanam) and is exalted. He has all comforts in life.

He is in7th house (kendram; Sri Narayana sthanam).  The lagnam has benefic full-moon in it.  (3) Jupiter (Guru) aspects (7^th drushti) the lagnam and moon therein forming strong Gaja Kesari yogam.  (4) The lord of aayu sthanam, 8^th house (Pises) is Jupiter and is in 7^th house (kendram).
