houses are in 10th house together with malefic planets or have the
aspect of malefic planets on them, he has low-longevity; if the
lord of 1st house is weak and stays in kendram or konam, together
with Guru, he has medium-longevity; if the lord of 1st house is in 4th
and or 8th houses with Guru and or has he aspect of Guru on them, he
lives a full life-span; thus are
