SAPTHAMA BHAVANEA, LAABHEPI, PAADAM THTHO; NYATHRA ASHTAMA BHAGEA NAHI PARAMA
PUNYA ANUROOPAM PHALAM.
If the lord of 10thhouse is in 9th (Bhaagyam)
house, or exalted house, or friend’s house, the person is rich and
prosperous. If the lord of 9th
house stays in a kendram, which is his friend’s house, 4th house, or
5th house, he is 50% rich and prosperous. If the lord of 10th house is in 6th,
8th or 12th house, or in enemy’s house or in debilitation
(neecham), he has 10% prosperity; If the lord of 10th house is in 2,
or 3, or 7 or 11th houses, he is 25% rich and prosperous.
Rule: If the lord of 9th house stays in a kendram, which is his
friend’s house, 4th house, or 5th house, he is 50% rich
and prosperous.
