If the lords of 9th and 10th houses have
association of the lords of kendram (1,4,7,10) and of Konam (1,5,9 houses) then
the person is blessed with highly beneficial results. If those two lords have association with malefic
planets, he gets average (medium) good
results.

and aspect (see) each other with full strength.
A dharma-karma-adipa yogam is formed.
But Saturn is conjunct with benefic Moon (waxing; 12 kalalu, Ksheerabdi
dwadasi) and also with malefic Rahu.
Jupiter is conjunct with benefic Mercury; and malefics Mars and Ketu. So
