DUSTHA-STHAANA-GATHAE CHANDRAE SUKLA-PAKSHETHU
RAATHRISHU, KRISHNA-PAKSHEA DIVAA JANMA-STHAANA DOSHAA NA VIDHYATHEA. Even
if Chandra (Moon) is in malefic houses, Moon does not harm a person if he is
born in night-time during Sukla-paksham (from new-moon to full-moon) and if he
is born in day-time during Krishna-paksham (from full moon to new moon); all
harms related to birth-house are removed. Example :

house and is malefic. But he was born in
