LAABHA-ESAE  SUBHA-SAMYUKTHEA, BALAADHYEA, SUBHA-VEEKSHITHAE,  THATH KSHETHREA SUBHA-SAMUKTHEA JYESHTA-VRUDHI MUDEERAYETH =    If the lord of 11^th house is together with good planets in the same house, and is strong, and is seen (aspected) by good planets or the lord of 11^th house is in his own (11^th) house or very good planets are in 11^th house, the person’s elder brothers prosper  very well and lead a happy, healthy, and long life.            Example :- 

Pisces Jupiter  (8) Gemini  (5) Bhava Sun Ketu Rahu Mercury Venus  (3) Mars Lagna Sani

In this chart, two benefics Venus and Mercury are conjunct. Jupiter (best benefic) aspects the 11^th house with 5^th drushti. (1) She inherits the properties of her husband; and her maternal grand father (he had no properties).
