 If the lord of 10^th house is weak, or is debilitated, or is setting-down, or is in enemies’ house, or in the evil houses like 6, 8, or 12, the person indulges in mean and dirty activities and leads a nasty life.

In this chart, Venus is lord of 10^th house (Taurus). He is debilitated (neecha) and is conjunct with malefic Sun.  He is aspected (7^th drushti) by malefic Sani.
