YADBHAAVA-ESAU STHITHO RIPFEA YAJNAATHI STREE, PU MAANASI,  THATHCHEELA-ANUGUNAM VATCHAM JAATASYA DHANA-NAASANAM =    We should carefully examine the planets that stay in 12^th house, and what effects they cause, and the nature of the lord of 12^th house, the planets that stay with the lord of 12^th house, and the relative strengths of these planets, and the strongest planets and the effects they give; based on these facts we can predict the way the person gains money, riches and properties.            Example :-

In this chart, (1) the lord of 12^th house (Virgo) is a benefic and is in 11^th house (gains and profits). (2) Sun is in his own house (Leo) and is conjunct with Mercury in 11^th house. (3) Jupiter aspects (9^th drushti) 12^th house. (4) Venus is in lagna in own house in moola-trikona and is the strongest planet.  (5) Sun in own house is a strong position in 11^th house.
