  VYAYA-ADHIPAE SOUMYA-KHAGAE, VYAYASTHE MITHRA-ALAYAE, KANTAKA KOTABHESHU, DHARMA-ESA, KARMA-ESWARA YUKTHAI, DHRUSTEA, MITHA VYAYEE, SARVA-GUNA-ABHIRAAMA =  If the lord of 12^th house is a beneficial planet or he stays in friends’ houses, or is in kendram (1,4,7,10 houses) or konams (1,5,9 houses), or exalted, and is together with lords of 9^th and or 10^th houses and good planets stay in 12^th house, the person spends frugally, and has all the good and noble qualities.

Jupiter Mars Ketu Sun Venus Bhava Lagna Mercury (7) Leo  (6) Moon Rahu Libra Sani

In this chart, (1) the lord of 12^th house (Gemini) is Mercury (benefic).  He is in lagnam (both kendram and konam), (2) Venus (benefic) is in 12^th house. (3) Jupiter (best benefic) aspects (5^th drushti) Mercury.
