 PAATHALA-ESO RAAHU-YUKTHEA, PAATHALEA MANDHA SAMUKTHEA, THAU DHRUSTAU GURU SUKRA ABHYAAM JAATHO BHOOMI GRUHEA VASETH.  =  If the lord of 4^th house is with Rahu and Sani stays in 4^th house, and if 4^th house has aspect of Guru and or Sukra on it, the person lives in an underground cellar.(paathaala-gruha-nivaasam). .                 Example :

In the above chart, the lord of 4^th house (Cancer) is Moon (exalted, waxing and strong) is with Rahu and Sani stays in 4^th house, and if 4^th house and Sani have aspect of Venus (Sukra) on it, the person lives in an underground cellar.
