The 7th house from the birth house (Janma-lagnam)is
called KALATHRA BHAAVAM. This house and the planets therein give
information about the person’s wife, married life, marriage, sex-life,
enjoyment in life, prostitution, and death and related matters. It is a kendram house and Sri Narayana house.
KALATHRAMTHE BHUMI-SUTHECHA RAAHAU BHRASTO,
BHAVETH ANYAKULA PRAVESAATH; GURVINDU DHRUSTEATH BHAVETH VISUDHISYOGEA
SADACHAARA RATHOHIM JAATHAHAA.
If Kuja (Mars) and Rahu stay in 7th
house, the person develops illicit sex relations and finally he is down-fallen
to low class (caste); if the aspect of Guru (Jupiter) and or Sasi (waxing
and strong Moon) is on the 7th house, the man is first down-fallen
and again recovers his noble class, by religious purging (purification)
process; if Guru and Moon are beneficial
to him and have the aspect or stay in 7th or 9th house, the person is respected as a
religious, noble-natured, and follower of ancient traditions. Example:

This person has Rahu in 7th house. The person develops illicit
sex relations and finally he is down-fallen to low level. The aspect of Guru
(Jupiter) (5th drushti) is on the 7th house, and Rahu
therein. So the person is first down-fallen
and again recovers his / her noble class, by religious purging (purification)
process.
