9) THRITHEEYE PUMGRAHOPETHEA PUM-DHRUSTAE PURUSHO-ANUJAHA, STHRI GRAHENAANVITHAE, DHRUSTAE, JAAYATHE THASYA SODAREE. =  If male planet stays in 3^rd house, or 3^rd house has the aspect of the male-planet on it, the man has brothers. If female planet stays in 3^rd house, or 3^rd house has the aspect of the female planet on it, he has sisters.
