If the lord of 4^th house is in exalted house, or is together with Guru (Jupiter) and stays in 1^st, 4^th,7^th ,10^th  houses (kendrams) or in konams (1^st,5^th, or 9^th house) or in 11^th (laabham) house, he gets vehicle & good progress in life.
