6.    BANDHEEKSHAKEA STHITHEA BHOUMAE, BAHUKSHETHRA AARJAKO BHAVETH,  CHATURDHEA BHAAGHYA, RAAJESAU, DHRASTAARU BHOO VIDHAAYAKAU.

If  Kuja (Mars) is in 4^th house, or the 4^th house has the aspect of Kuja  on 4^th house, the person earns lands;   If the lords of 9^th and / or 10^th house stay in 4^th house, or has the aspect (dhrusti) on  4^th house, he earns lands.                 Example :

Moon Aries   (10) Gul  (7) Rasi Ketu Rahu Lagnam Sani Jupiter Venus Mars Sun Mercury Virgo
