If the lord of 4^th house and the mother-causing planet stay together in the same malefic house, or mother-causing planet is in 4^th house and has the aspect (dhrusti) of the lord of 7^th house is on the 4^th house, the death of his mother happens during the main period of one planet and in the sub period of the other planet.

12       CHATHURTHA, SAPTHAMA ADHISAU, SHASHTAMA, VYAYA STHITHAU  KROORA GHAHA SAMYUKTHAU, MOTHRA-KRUSCHA PRADAU SMRUTHAU.

If the lords of 4^th and 7^th house stay together in the same house, or if any of them stays in houses 6^th or 8^th or 12^th houses, together with malefic planets, the person suffers urinary-track disease or diabetes.

The lord (Mercury) of 4^th house (Gemini) is also the lord of 7^th house (Virgo).
