RAUHINYAANTHA STHITHA CHANDRO, BHARGAVENA VILOKITHAAHA, THRI, SHASTA, LAABHAGAHA KROORO, JAATHAM KURYAATHI BHUPATHIM.  =  If Chandra (Moon) stays in the segment of star Rohini and is aspected (seen) by  Sukra (Veenus), and malefic planets stay in malefic houses, namely, 3^rd, 6^th, and 11^th houses, the person becomes the ruler (king) of the land.               Example :-

Pisces Sun Mercury Rahu Moon Venus                            12    8 Lagna Jupiter Saturn  Leo    6    5 Ketu Mars
