If the lords of bhaagya and raajya (9th and 10th) houses are very strong, though they have malefic effects on their own, and / or if they have lordships of other malefic (harmful) houses, by mere association (conjunction), they bestow highly beneficial results. He / she shall be a multi-millionaire and enjoy royal comforts all the life. He / she inherits huge properties and wealth from two or three different sources. He will gain a lot of name and fame and riches. The lord of 9th house (Makara) and 10th house (Kumbha) is Sani. They are same and stay in birth lagna gives a maha-raja-yoga.
