*KENDRA ADHIPASYA BALINO, can be explained on the basis of the rule: PRABALAA UTHAROTHARAA* If the lord of the 10th house has association or relation with the Lords of 5th or 9th house, that raajya-adhipathi = lord of 10th house gives (raja-yoga)highly beneficial results. Illustration:
