If any one planet which has the lordship of the 9^th house (bhaagyam; dharma) or the 10^th house (raajyam; karma) has lordship of 8^th(randhra; malefic) and or 11^th (laabha) houses additionally, or has the association, relation or dhrishti (aspect = veekshanam) of such lords of 9^th or 10^th houses, the beneficial results (raja-yogam) bestowed by that
