BHUKTHIYAHA. If a planet has maarka (death-causing) qualities, and if the same planet has raja-yoga (highly beneficial attributes), that planet gives highly beneficial results in its own sub-period within its own main-period. That highly beneficial also continues and increases in the sub-periods of paapa-grahas (harmful

In this chart, Mercury (benefic) is the lord of 7th house (death-causing house). He is in 11th house with exalted Mars, lord of 2nd house (death causing). He is the lord of 4th house. So Mercury period and Mercury sub-period shall be beneficial. Sun (malefic) lord of Leo, the 6th house (enemy) is in 12th house.
