If the same planet has the lordship of kendram (1,4,7,10 houses) and also the lordship of konam, both; that planet gives very good results (raja-yogam). If that planet has additionally related to lord of another konam, it definitely gives excellent results (maha-raaja-yogam). Illustration:-
