KALPANEEYAM BUDHAIH SROONAAM MAARAKAA NAAMA DARSANEA.
If one can not find the maaraka-grahams (planets causing death) in the horoscope chart of a person, The death may occur in the period of the planet, having worst qualities (paapa-graham) of most harmful planet. This is the opinion of great scholars who mastered astrology. Illustration :

Bhagavan Adi Sankara reached 32 years of age. Saturn main period and sub-period of Saturn started. Then Sankara attained Nirvana / Moksha (salvation) voluntarily. Saturn is the lord of 7th house (Capricorn), a maaraka-sthana (death causing house) from birth-lagna, He occupies the 7th house from Rasi-lagna (Moon).
