Sreenatha / Sripathi Yoga
Rule :— This is a very rare yet powerful Raja Yoga. If the exalted lord of the 7th house occupies the 10th house and the lord of the 10th house is with the 9th house lord, Sreenatha Yoga is formed = Kama-esware uchasthe, Karma sthana gathe, swathnuge, karama-adhipe dharma-adhipa yuthe subha-sthana gathe, Sreepathi yogam sambhavam; --- akhanda subha-yogadah---. Sreenath yoga also contains dharma-karma adhipa yoga within it.
Results.— The person may have on his/her body the insignia of Bhagavan Vishnu, viz., the conch, the wheel, etc. He will be an agreeable speaker; he is noble, charitable and saintly in nature. He shall have a good wife and children and is loved by all. He enjoys royal comforts. H shall have a high level job/profession and power.
My comments:—Sreenatha Yoga is deemed to be one of the important Raja Yogas because a good relation is established between the beneficial houses, the 7th , 9th & 10th houses. It is believed to bestow power as well as wealth to the person. The lord of the 7th should be invariably exalted in the 10th house, the lord of which, in turn, must be with the lord of 9th house.
Obviously Sreenatha Yoga can occur only in case of Sagittarius as birth-lagna; in this case Mercury, lord of the 7th house (Gemini) can be exalted in the 10th house (Virgo). It is not possible for any birth-lagna to have the lord of 7th house exalted in 10th house. Since the original saint-astrologers have laid emphasis on the fact that the 7th house lord must be in the 10th house exalted, we have to understand that this Raja Yoga is a very rare and that it cannot arise in case of any other birth-sign of the zodiac other than Sagittarius (Dhanasu). This person was born in Sagittarius birth lagna. The 7th lord (Mercury) is exalted in 10th house (Virgo) and is conjunct with Sun (lord of 9th house). So he has strong raja-yogas, Sreenatha yoga, dharma-karma-adhipa sama-yoga; and Budha-Aditya yoga.
