10) At the time of accident, Mars was transiting "Swati" star and it caused "violent death" because of its inherent nature of violence. On further exmination of Mars' transit, Mars was in the 'Kakshya of Venus'. Venus is the significator of both romance and vehicles. So violent death occured in the vehicle along with her fiance Dodi Fayed. In additio, Mars was in Libra; this was the 12th house in her horoscope. 12th (Vyayam) house signifies loss of a limb,or loss of spouse, or banishment to a foreign land or fear or harm from enemies. On the night of accident, (Aug--30 & 31—1997): Sun, Mars, Saturn and Mercury were transiting in the 3rd from their own natal positions. Mercury is retrograde (vakri-gatha) and is combusted (dagdha); so all these 4 planets were malefic and harmed her according to (Gochara), positions of planets at the time of accident & her death.
